Louer un meublé de tourisme

• Si vous êtes propriétaire d’une location saisonnière ou de chambres d’hôtes sur notre commune, vous devriez vous inscrire en cette qualité auprès de la municipalité. Il suffit de remplir un des deux formulaires pour des chambres d’hôte ou un meublé de tourisme qui vous trouverez ci-dessous. Déposez-le au secrétariat de la commune ou renvoyez-le par e-mail (info@sainte-anastasise.fr). Vous recevrez ensuite une confirmation d'enregistrement.
• La plupart des plateformes de réservation en ligne des logements de vacances collectent en votre nom la taxe de séjour réservée à la commune. Si vous avez décidé de louer votre location saisonnière par une telle plateforme, vous n’avez rien d’autre à faire. La taxe de séjour sera automatiquement transmise par la plateforme à la commune. • Si vous avez choisi un autre mode de location nous vous demandons de payer le montant dû à la commune (en espèces, par chèque ou par virement) à la fin de la saison respectivement au moins une fois par an. Veuillez joindre à votre paiement un récapitulatif des nuitées (vous pouvez utiliser le modèle ci-dessous).
• Votre inscription permettra d’avoir un meilleur aperçu du nombre et du type d’hébergement touristiques situés sur le territoire de la commune. Si vous le souhaitez, vous aurez la possibilité d’être répertorié en tant que logement touristique sur le site web de la municipalité.
• Votre inscription nous permet également de vous informer spécifiquement, ainsi que vos invités, sur les nouveautés et les innovations du secteur touristique, telles que les festivals, les marchés, les applications pratiques, etc.
• Enfin, il nous permet de veiller à ce que vos invités et vous-même soyez alertés et mis en sécurité en cas de catastrophe (incendie ou inondation, par exemple).
• Le revenu de la taxe de séjour est utilisé exclusivement pour des projets touristiques dans la commune.

Renting a furnished tourist accommodation

• If you are the owner of a holiday rental or bed and breakfast in our municipality, you should register with the municipality as such. Simply fill in one of the two forms for bed and breakfast or furnished accommodation that you will find below. Hand it in at the municipal office or send it back by e-mail (info@sainte-anastasise.fr). You will then receive a confirmation of registration.
• Most online booking platforms for holiday accommodation collect the tourist tax reserved for the municipality on your behalf. If you have decided to rent your holiday home through such a platform, you do not need to do anything else. The tourist tax will automatically be passed on by the platform to the municipality. See the list of current tourist tax rates below.
• If you have chosen another method of rental, we ask you to pay the amount due to the municipality (in cash, by cheque or by bank transfer) at the end of the season respectively at least once a year. Please enclose with your payment a summary of the nights spent (you can use the template below).
• Your registration will give the municipality a better overview of the number and type of tourist accommodations. If you wish, you can be listed as a tourist accommodation on the municipality's website. 
• Your registration also allows us to inform you and your guests specifically about news and innovations in the tourism sector, such as festivals, markets etc.
• Finally, it allows us to ensure that you and your guests are alerted and made safe in the event of a disaster (e.g. fire or flood).
• The revenue from the tourist tax is used exclusively for tourism projects in the municipality.

Eine Ferienunterkunft vermieten

• Wenn Sie eine Ferienwohnung oder ein Gästezimmer in unserer Gemeinde besitzen, sollten Sie sich in Ihrer Eigenschaft als Vermieter bei der Gemeindeverwaltung eintragen lassen. Füllen Sie dazu einfach eines der beiden Formulare für Gästezimmer oder möblierte Ferienwohnungen aus, die Sie unten finden. Geben Sie es im Sekretariat der Gemeinde ab oder schicken Sie es per E-Mail zurück (info@sainte-anastasise.fr). Sie erhalten dann eine Anmeldebestätigung.
• Die meisten Online-Buchungsplattformen für Ferienunterkünfte ziehen in Ihrem Namen die für die Gemeinde reservierte Kurtaxe ein. Wenn Sie sich entschieden haben, Ihre Ferienunterkunft über eine solche Plattform zu vermieten, brauchen Sie nichts weiter zu tun. Die Kurtaxe wird von der Plattform automatisch an die Gemeinde weitergeleitet. Die Liste mit den aktuellen Tarifen finden Sie unten.
•  Wenn Sie eine andere Art der Vermietung gewählt haben, bitten wir Sie, den fälligen Betrag am Ende der Saison bzw. mindestens einmal im Jahr an die Gemeinde zu zahlen (in bar, per Scheck oder per Überweisung). Bitte fügen Sie Ihrer Zahlung eine Zusammenfassung der Übernachtungen bei (Sie können gerne das untenstehende Muster verwenden).
• Ihre Anmeldung wird der Gemeinde einen besseren Überblick über die Anzahl und Art der Touristenunterkünfte auf ihrem Gebiet ermöglichen. Wenn Sie wünschen, haben Sie die Möglichkeit, auf der Website der Gemeinde als Touristenunterkunft aufgeführt zu werden. 
• Ihre Registrierung ermöglicht es uns außerdem, Sie und Ihre Gäste speziell über Neuheiten und Innovationen im Tourismussektor zu informieren, z. B. über Feste, Märkte usw.
• Schließlich ermöglicht es der Gemeinde, dafür zu sorgen, dass Sie und Ihre Gäste im Falle einer Katastrophe (z. B. Brand oder Überschwemmung) gewarnt und in Sicherheit gebracht werden.
• Die Einnahmen aus der Kurtaxe werden ausschließlich für Tourismusprojekte in der Gemeinde verwendet.
